Topic Related Presentations

Presenters will be asked to pre-record their 15 minute presentation in advance, and be online live for the duration of the scheduled session as there will be a live to air question and answer session.  For live sessions you are expected to have your camera and audio activated when required, and you may be required to attend a test session in advance.

Due to the discursive nature of FREEStage this session will be fully live. Presenters are however expected to ensure their work as presented stays within the 7 minute (10 slide) format as allocated. You should be willing to take questions from delegates. The session will be recorded for later on demand viewing.

Selected oral poster presentations

Selected presenters must prepare a single landscape slide of their work and record a 5 minute video explaining its contents to delegates. All videos for each theme will be collated and streamed in advance of a live to air question and answer session. You will also be asked to upload this content in the Poster Show Case for wider dissemination, and we encourage presenters to add any additional information there also. For live sessions you are expected to have your camera and audio activated when required.  It is assumed that all poster submission are interested in oral presentation, should you not wish to be considered for an oral presentation then please not this in the comments for editor section.

Poster Presentations

Once accepted presenters are expected to create and upload, at a minimum, a single slide of your poster and complete the mandatory fields of the LTB platform so as to enable creation of the online mini poster. You are however also encouraged to use LTB to its full potential and consider including additional resources such as video recordings, more in depth presentations etc.

The entire abstract submission system is email driven, it is important that you ensure the email used is the one you have direct access to as this will be used for all contact.  Upload your abstracts via the online system only and within the defined word count limit.
