Dental and other oral health professions education colleagues are encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration for inclusion in a number of themed online sessions as part of ADEE 2023. Closing date for abstract submissions for the following has been extended to the 14th of April 2023. This year submissions are invited for:
- FREEStage Presentations up to 14 presenters will be selected to showcase their new and evolving oral health professional's education research in 7 minute presentations slots on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th morning from 09:00 - 10:30 UK time

Selected oral poster presentations up to 40 slots will be made available for use by delegates under pre-defined themes. The panel will select a maximum of 5 from each theme to make a 10 minutes presentation with no more than 10 powerpoint slides. This sessions will be made throughout the 3 days of the meeting. Those not selected will be included in the e-poster showcase 5 minute pitch.

Topic related presentations up to 7, 15 minutes slots will be available for abstracts that focus on Collaborative Education in a Digital Era to be presented on Thursday morning the 24th at 11:30 UK time
- Online e-poster showcase posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting using the Learning Tool Box poster showcase we have a capacity for 150 submissions.
Abstracts that have not been accepted in Freestage, Selected Oral or Topic Related presentations will be given the opportunity to give a 5m poster pitch held Friday 11:30 to 13:00. These sessions will be verbal only and no visual aids will be permitted other than the reference of the Toolbox App.
In submitting an abstract you are acknowledging that if accepted you will be required to register for the meeting by 31st of May 2023 and that you intend to attend in person the various sessions as outlined in the programme. You also acknowledge that your work will be uploaded in the correct format by no later than the 1st of August on the Learning Toolbox Platform. Abstract evaluation will be completed in time for delegates to avail of early bird booking rates. Please ensure you check your email regularly.
