On Trinity Campus
If you are interested in staying on campus we have placed a hold on a limited number of rooms at Trinity’s new Printing House Square Student Accommodation. Each room contains either a single or double bed and has a private bathroom. Each unit is private and lockable within a 6-8 bedded apartment that shares living/kitchen space. Linen, towels & toiletries are provided as is WIFI and 24 hour building security. During August, these rooms can rent for up to €250.
We have made special arrangements with Trinity to be able to offer the following*:

- Double Occupancy €193
*These rates include full Irish Breakfast at the Buttery, Trinity’s onsite dining space.
To avail of these rates you require a discount code and special terms and conditions apply including payment 31st March. Rooms not booked by 31st March will be subject to higher booking rates.

Insert promo code by clicking in the "CODES" icon. A dropdown box will appear with an input field. Click on it and enter: ADEE511.
Special conference rates will only apply once you have done this.
Enter date range - must be between 18-23 August to avail of promo code rate - apply dates.
Should delegates wish to book outside this date range they will be offered Best Available Rates.
Rates quoted are on B&B basis. Full payment is taken at the time of booking and full refund will be provided once cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
Rooms are on a first come first served basis.

ADEE has agreed special delegate rates with the following hotels through our agent RoomTrust. Due to the high demand and dynamic pricing of hotels in Dublin all the hotels we have contracted so far will request full prepayment from the delegate. Once your hotel booking is made through the site at the following link, delegates will receive a prepayment request directly from the hotel they have booked. Your booking is not secured until payment receipt is acknowledged by the hotel directly. In all cases, delegates can still cancel up to 28 days before and receive a refund, but to guarantee their booking they will need to pre-pay when requested. We strongly encourage you to do this as soon as possible. While we will continue to find other hotel options or delegates the rate agreed through room trust are very competitive and once theses rooms have been booked its unlikely you will obtain better value.
