1. Full access to all live in-person events for ADEE 2025;
2. Coffee and Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday;
3. Social events on Wednesday and Thursday;
4. Exclusive access to the ADEE 2025 APP to help you plan your attendance, join the social media discussions and share with your ADEE network of colleagues
5. The opportunity to showcase your work and have it included in one of the various delegate content streams, posters, FREEStage, topic related and select oral presentations. Only those who register for the meeting will have their work included
6. The opportunity to register for other pre-meeting workshops, which may have an additional charge.

In making a booking you acknowledge that:

1. ADEE commits to delivering the content in person as promoted, however, it is acknowledged by you that some content is member driven thus the duration of sessions may vary from schedule.
2. You acknowledge that due to public health regulations ADEE may have to move some or all of the meeting online. No refunds will issue in this regard. The delivery schedule, however,  may be subject to change to accommodate a move online if required. 
3. Posters will be stored and displayed via the Learning Toolbox platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have this apps installed as required. It is also your responsibility as a presenter to ensure your work is uploaded on time as failure to do some may exclude you from a session. 
4. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they hold suitable and sufficient insurances to travel and attend the meeting.
5. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they hold suitable visa's (where necessary) to travel and attend the meeting.
6. The delegate is responsible for technological issues at their site, ADEE takes no responsibility with regards to network or other access issues.
7. All communication is via email, please ensure you add ADEE to your safe email listing and check your spam folders.
8. If you have multiple email addresses, please ensure you use the same with all ADEE activity.
9. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand travel, public health, and local regulations in place at the meeting site. You commit to complying with these in their entirety. This may include the presentation of COVID vaccination status and the wearing of specific face mask.   
10. To register you must hold a user account at www.adee.org and to ensure this information is updated.
11. To avail of the best possible rate you must ensure your user profile on www.adee.org is clearly affiliated with your institution.
12. Once transaction payment has been processed, cancellations and refunds cannot be provided after 30^th June.
13. All cancellations will incur a €75 admin fee to cover banking and administration charges regardless of reasons of cancellation. 
14. After 30^th June NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS will be facilitated regardless of reason for cancellation. 
15. If registering as part of group booking, a single invoice will be issued. Once payment for this invoice is received your booking lead will receive a voucher code to enable you to complete the booking. Group bookings will not be issued with multiple receipts. Group bookings once paid are non refundable.
16. Your completed registration adds you to the delegate mailing list, this list will be used for ADEE Leuven meeting communications and also shared with all content presenters including our corporate partners.
17. ADEE 2025 is a public event and this will include media recording. Unless you state otherwise your presence is your consent to be included in photo, video, social media posts, etc.  If you do not wish to be included in photos etc then it is your responsibility to step out.
18. ADEE shares its meeting images with its partners and you acknowledge that be being in such photos' or videos that these may appear on partners and delegate social media feeds and other locations.
19. ADEE will be sharing your Name, Email, Title and Country of Origin with Fáilte Ireland. They may contact you to explore your meeting experience in Ireland as part of a meeting funding support mechanism ADEE is participating in for ADEE 2025. By completing a registration you consent to this potential email contact from Fáilte Ireland.

21. We strongly advise that you secure your meeting accommodation early. Non availability of accommodation will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation.
