Workstyle Safari™ is a quick and engaging 30-minute experience designed to help you discover your unique “workstyle animal” and better understand your communication preferences, stress responses, strengths, motivations, and potential burnout risks. By gaining insight into yourself and others, with this energising WELLdental Leadership session you can improve collaboration, reduce friction, and build healthier, more effective team relationships.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognise their own natural workstyle preferences and understand how these influence their behaviour, communication and decision-making.
- Identify individual stress responses, early signs of burnout and personal factors that may impact wellbeing and performance.
- Describe how different workstyles influence team dynamics and interpersonal relationships within the dental team.
- Adapt communication approaches to improve interactions with colleagues, patients and other members of the wider dental team.
- Identify practical actions to enhance personal wellbeing, resilience and effective team working.
