Job is business development manager for the Nissin Simodont dental trainer. Some of his key activities are worldwide sales and support of Simodont, and arranging cooperation and development partnerships with dental schools. An additional focus is in-depth user training at the many dental schools that use Simodont today.

Roel Smabers is the founder and CEO of Scorion. As a techno-sociologist and educator, his dream has been to fundamentally improve education with innovative solutions. Living in Deventer, the Netherlands, he started building Scorion 15 years ago—a modern assessment and portfolio tool for workplace learning in (medical) education. It supports modern education by capturing all feedback and valuable learning moments.

The vision to integrate learning, feedback, and assessment has significantly raised the quality level of graduate students in many educational programs.

Scorion is now used by universities and universities of applied sciences in 7 countries, across 34 different study programs, at 29 universities, in 89 projects worldwide, reaching 43,000 students.
