Dr. Marshall is a Registered Dietitian with a doctorate in Human Nutrition who has taught nutrition to dental students at the University of Iowa's College of Dentistry. She has also been involved in the evidence-based practice curriculum for over 20 years. Her research focuses on the relationships among diet, caries, and growth.
