The way we work, communicate, and respond under pressure shapes not only our own performance, but also the relationships we build with those around us. Workstyle Safari™ is a quick and engaging 30-minute experience designed to help you discover your unique “workstyle animal” and better understand your communication preferences, stress responses, strengths, motivations, and potential burnout risks. By gaining insight into yourself and others, with this energising WELLdental Leadership session you can improve collaboration, reduce friction, and build healthier, more effective team relationships.

Jackie Cooper is a highly regarded Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, boasting nearly three decades of invaluable experience within the dental industry. Starting her professional journey as a dental nurse almost 30 years ago, Jackie's innate drive for innovation propelled her into the commercial domain. Here, she dedicated her efforts to pioneering advancements in oral surgery outcomes, particularly through the implementation of cutting-edge laser technologies, which she taught and supported clinicians in utilising.

In the midst of her professional endeavours, Jackie's unwavering commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential led her to explore the transformative realms of cognitive hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Recognising the profound impact these modalities could have on enhancing lives, she made the courageous decision in 2020 to embark on a journey of requalification and specialisation.

Over the span of four years, Jackie immersed herself in rigorous study and practical training, refining her skills as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner under the mentorship of esteemed professionals in the field. Her relentless dedication and steadfast pursuit of mastery culminated in her acquisition of certifications as a qualified master practitioner in both disciplines.

Today, Jackie Cooper stands as a symbol of transformation, seamlessly integrating her extensive background in dentistry with her expertise in cognitive reprogramming techniques. Operating her private practice, Jackie works closely with clients on a one-to-one basis, employing her skills to reframe old memories and alleviate unwanted trauma.

Ritesh Aggarwal

Dr Ritesh Aggarwal BDS, MFGDP(UK) is a practicing dentist, practice principal, CEO of Better Mental Wealth  and mental health speaker and advocate. A graduate of the University of Sheffield, he qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1999

As Principal Dentist and owner of Edge Dental Studio in Sheffield, Ritesh has successfully combined clinical excellence with business leadership for over two decades. He became a Foundation Dental Trainer in 2016 and successfully mentored young dentists from 2006-2016 whilst also gaining a diploma in Clinical Education from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012

Alongside his clinical work, Ritesh is a Co-Founder and CEO of Better Mental Wealth, an organisation dedicated to improving mental wellbeing, resilience and workplace culture. Since 2017, he has focused on supporting healthcare professionals and organisations through innovative approaches to mental health, leadership and performance.

An engaging speaker and educator, Ritesh regularly delivers workshops and lectures on wellbeing, communication, psychological safety and leadership, helping healthcare teams and organisations create environments where people can thrive both personally and professionally.

Learning Outcomes:
