Final reminder: Dublin Accommodation

We remind those planning on joining us at ADEE 2025 in Dublin, that the special accommodation rates agreed for the meeting are scheduled to end on 31^st March. Thereafter we cannot guarantee these rates will be maintained. Given that, Dublin hotels use dynamic pricing and there are a number of other high profile events happening concurrent to ADEE, accommodation may become an issue for delegates as the months progress. You can access the room booking website directly here.

ADEE Individual Membership

We wish to remind users that ADEE membership is available to individuals whose schools are not ADEE members. Individual membership enables the member to apply for ADEE educator awards, members delegate fees at ADEE and access to the EDJE via the ADEE website. More information is available here.

Survey Participation Request

We have been asked by colleagues at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, and Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA) in Amsterdam, to invite our membership to participate in their survey focusing on ‘Attitudes Regarding Sustainability among Dental Students in Europe’. The ADEE 2025 Awards are now open for applications in the following categories:

. Early and Mature Career Educators - Closing Date 31^st May 2025;
. Intra/Inter professional Educators in collaboration with Oral B - Closing Date 31^st May 2025;
. Preventative Dentistry in Society Awards in collaboration with Haleon - Closing Date 31^st May 2025;
. The Oral Health Professional Educators Practice Green and Social Excellence Awards in collaboration with Henry Schein and EDSA closing date 30^th June 2025.
