ADEE 2026 General Assembly Update

The ADEE General Assembly was held on Friday 16^th October. The General Assembly is our associations annual opportunity for members to directly engage in the oversight of ADEE activities by was of reviewing the previous year’s activities, approving budgets and strategic plans and of course by appointing members to the ADEE board.

The following are key decision and appointments made at the meeting:

1. Approval of the 2026 annual report, budget and Code of Governance compliance self-assessment;
2. Approval of the 3-year rolling budget 2026 to 2028;
3. Approval of ADEE’s new strategic plan 2027 to 2030;
4. Appointment of Prof. Sibylle Vital as ADEE President Elect 2027 becoming ADEE president ADEE 2028/2029;
5. Appointment of Dr. Carlos Serrano (Netherlands) as Board member 2027-2029;
6. Appointment of Dr. Simona Schick (Germany) as LOC board member for ADEE 2028;
7. Approval of the ADEE Board officers’ reports;
