The session provides a comprehensive understanding of Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion. It introduces you to the topic of Diversity and Unconscious Bias and how these can influence decision making. It provides a unique opportunity to become familiar with the concepts and identify how these relate to you and your workplace.

- Bias in your sector, where bias may be impacting decision making in your organisation and practice;
- Awareness - exercises and tools to explore and develop awareness of how bias may be impacting key processes in your organisation and practice.
