With ADEE 2024 in Leuven just over a week away we wanted to take a moment of your time to help you get the most of your experience in Leuven. So we have prepared this quick check list to ensure you are all set:

	Have you made your session selection? This really helps us with planning room sizes etc so please try to do this by 3^rd September. More on this here.
	Have you downloaded the Cvent meeting app? More info here.
	Have you got all the travel practicalities in order? Read more about some key facts here.

Please remember the following:

If you are attending the Lage Laden or FEHDD meetings on Saturday the venue is:
The Faculty Club at Groot Begijnhof 14, 3000 Leuven.

All academic sessions and the ADEE 2024 Exhibition (Sunday to Tuesday inclusive) is at:
KU Leuven Campus Gasthuisberg, Herestraat 49, 3000 Leuven.
