FEHDD Survey

Dear Dean, Head of Division, senior faculty of ADEE member’s school,

At its meetings during 2016 and 2017 the Forum of European Heads and Deans of Dental Schools collaboratively co-created a ‘competency framework for aspiring deans and heads of dental schools’. The aim of this work was to provide guidance and support and a signposting of the direction and competence acquisition recommended by this group, for those who wish to take on a leadership role within academic dentistry. The framework has been freely available for download via the ADEE website since its creation. 

With the framework now approaching its 10 year anniversary the current FEHDD leadership considered it prudent to evaluate the use of the framework and begin the updating process.
