ADEE’s Get-Together-Party

The Faculty of Dentistry invites you to ADEE’s Get-Together-Party kindly supported by ADEE corporate partner KaVo Kerr. Join us for refreshemnets and a tour of the Faculty’s modern preclinical training centre, which opened its doors in 2013.

Conclude the first day of the meeting by renewing old ADEE acquaintances and friends and making new ones, while enjoying some refreshments. You are invited on a tour of the training centre. And, especially on a sunny day, you should not miss checking out the amazing view over the University’s main campus Blindern, the city of Oslo, its surroundings and the fjord.

Welcome Reception in Oslo City Hall 

ADEE delegates are invited to attend the Welcome reception, to be held in the Oslo City Hall. Inaugurated in 1950, the Oslo City Hall is the city’s administration body and the seat of the City Council. In the period 1900-1950, the building was decorated by great Norwegian artists with motifs from Norwegian history, culture and working life. The Oslo City Hall is the venue of the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony.

Refreshments will be served and you will be invited on a guiding tour of the building.

Important message: Admission to the reception at the Oslo City Hall is by invitation only and is included in the registration fee. Invitation cards are limited and issued on a first come basis.  We advise you to pre-book via your ADEE registration site as early as possible. Please make sure to bring your invitation card with you to the City Hall. If you have not registered before the reception, you will be able to collect your invitation card at the entrance to the City Hall.

ADEE 2018 Awards Celebration

Spend the last evening of the conference with your fellow colleagues in a beautiful surroundings and splendid atmosphere of Gamle Logen. Gamle Logen is an elegant and historic building located near the Oslo fjord, which is (among other things) has been used for the royal wedding in 2001.

We will gather for an enjoyable and celebratory evening, including a tasty buffet menu and a performance by one of Norway's finest sopranos. We will mark the achievements of our 2018 Mature, Early Career and Inter-professional ADEE Excellence in  Dental Education Award recipients as well as hear about the winners of the 2018 ADEE Scholarship Programme.  
The evening is designed to be an informal, social and relaxed event. We hope you will be able to join us. Capacity is limited and places allocated on a first come first served basis. 

There is a fee of €90 for this event. We are most appreciative of Dentsply Sirona for their generous contribution to this social event.
