Leading with diversity, equity and inclusion
Session synopsis:

We are delighted to welcome you to another interesting session for the Deans and Heads of Dental Schools where we will explore shifting mindsets, behaviours and practices to support all people you are leading to achieve their best potential.

Science has proven that diversity within organizations is driving more effectiveness in achieving goals while helping them become more resilient and innovative. Inclusion is required for diverse individuals to thrive while leading with equity is about recognizing the diversity of  needs and being committed to giving people what they need to succeed.
