Session synopsis:

During the Spring session of FEHDD the Forum of European Heads and Dental Deans participated in an online session entitled 'Resilience a theoretical, psychology and practical perspective'.  Feedback from delegates was overwhelmingly positive and interest expressed in providing a practical skills based workshop for oral health faculty so as to enable resilience in self and in others. Todays session will provide you with just that!

Under the guidance of Mr Terry Streather, Director and Head of Training at Oakwood Training we will unpack and gain insight into key theories of resilience and be equipped in an interactive workshop style with the tools to self assess and enable resilience in our own work environment and in the environment of our students. The workshop is very much delegate driven and focuses on your needs and discussions.
