Chairs of existing Communities of Practice and Special Interest Groups are invited to submit outline proposals for 90-minute programme slots at ADEE 2026 Budapest. We are also interested in hearing from colleagues from member institutions interested in hosting 90-minute workshops on a specific topic or focus aligned to the meeting theme. To make a submission for consideration to be included in the programme, send the following information to [email protected].

ADEE 2026 membership fee

Institutional membership fees for 2026 fall due on 30th January 2026. ADEE annual meeting site visits

ADEE is currently evaluating submission for consideration to host our annual meeting in 2029. ADEE Sec General Prof Quinn, ADEE Meetings Officer Prof Schuler and Chief Administrative Officer Dr Murphy met with colleagues from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain on 10th December to visit possible meeting sites and social venues within the UCM campus. A decision on the hosting of ADEE 2029 will be made in Q1 2026.

Invitation to contribute to the ADEE Wellbeing and Resilience Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs)

As the final phase of the developmental process, the CoP of Wellbeing and Resilience would like to initiate a broad consultation to further validate and refine the proposed intended learning outcomes (ILOs). This step aims to gather structured feedback from a wider group of stakeholders to ensure that the learning outcomes are clear, relevant, measurable, and feasible for implementation across European dental programmes. You are invited to complete the short survey at the following link.
