The future of dentistry is digital. Now that the latest technologies are well established in the dental practice, university syllabuses are also being gradually adapted to prepare students for their future everyday working lives. Join us on this session delivered with Dentsply Sirona where renowned specialists will give a hands-on approach to introduce digitalization in dental training and present an overview of how CAD/CAM makes a difference in educating our dentists of tomorrow. There is no doubt that digitalization is a common topic at many dentistry schools around the world. Digital technologies accompany students from the preclinic through to daily clinical practice to postgraduate training. Universities vary a lot in how they integrate digital technologies into their curriculum.
In this online live event, three speakers from faculties in Europe, the USA and the Middle East will share their exciting reports about how CAD/CAM implementation has succeeded in university training, what experience has been gained from it, and what its future will look like.
The session will be streamed life from Dentsply Sirona in Bensheim, Germany and is moderated by ADEE President Elect Prof Pål Barkvoll, Norway.
