COP Wellbeing
Session synopsis:
An interactive workshop delivered by the WELLDENTAL team and members of the Community of Practice that aspires to raise the importance of wellbeing through the introduction of wellbeing champions within our dental school.
The session is limited to 30 delegates and will provide aspirational champions with resources and hand on experiences they can carry forward to their work practices.

By the end of the interactive session the participant would be able to
- Understand the impact of wellbeing in an educational setting
- Recognise the early signs of stress and burnout in themselves and their colleagues
- Be aware of relevant resilience and coping strategies that can be adopted
- Contribute towards creation of a culture of Wellbeing
- Identify and appropriate wellbeing resources including Well dental
