    Security Screening Opens

    All guest will be required to provide identification during the online booking process. This will be checked and all bags screened prior to entry to the EU buildings.
    Your co-operation with regards to ensuring your arrival on time is appreciated.  Delegates arriving after 14:15 can not be guranteed entry.

    While there is no specific dress code for the building the ADEE meeting Dress Code of business casual still applies. Delegates are reminded to make sure that when you enter the Parliament building you are not wearing objects or clothing displaying political statements or overt commercial identification intended for 'ambush' marketing. If so, you may be refused entry.

    Those of you attending the awards evening are reminded that we will, be going straight from the Parliament via a short walk (15 mins or so) to the Palace Josephine for the Awards Ceremony.  Again the dress code is business casual and bearing in mind it might be cooler by the time we leave at 22.00 hours.
